Air BNB provide insurance coverage of $1 Million damage and liability insurance. We also carry rental insurance for each suite which provides multiple layers of protection and peace of mind.

Price Optimization

We adjust the price of your property depending on demand and what's popular at the time, holidays, and special events. We use AI and analyze lots of data to optimize the best price for your property all the time.

Host Dashboard

You'll get a simple dashboard where you can see all your bookings. You can also check how much money you're making and control when your property is available. It's like a one-stop shop for managing everything about your property.
