Our operation is centered around the need to provide housing options by leveraging existing real estate and equity to create beautiful spaces that can be used to generate income. 

 

Our approach decreases the demand for new infrastructure while revitalizing underused laneways, improving community safety, and minimizing displacement of marginalized and underprivileged individuals that currently reside and thrive in large Metropolitan areas and urban centers.

With almost 10 years experience as  senior real estate professionals. Our team have worked with various municipalities across Southern Ontario to obtain zoning by-law amendments, site plan approval, land division and consent approval, condo and subdivision registrations. We have obtained numerous building permits, sewer connection permits, and clearance from Committee of Adjustments and Conservation Authorities.

 

Clients could opt to construct the unit themselves or work with one of our preferred licensed general contractors.

After the initial meeting, preliminary concepts will be prepared.
